Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Tide Leotards purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s everything you need to know about returning or exchanging your items.
Returns Period
Items can be returned within 28 days of receipt for an exchange or credit note. This applies to both full-price and sale items.
Refunds
Refunds are only available on non-clearance items, unless the item is faulty.
Clearance and sale items are non-refundable, but can be exchanged or returned for a credit note.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or colour of the same design, subject to availability. If we don’t have your requested item in stock, we’ll issue a credit note.
Condition of Returned Items
All returns must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original packaging

With all tags and hygiene stickers intact
Items showing signs of wear (e.g. makeup marks, deodorant stains, pet hair, or perfume) will not be accepted.
How to Return an Item
Repackage your item with care.
- Include a note with your name, order number and reason for return (or a completed returns form, if provided).
- Send it to us using a tracked delivery service and keep proof of postage. We’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exceptions to Returns
We’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges on:
- Personalised or custom-made items (unless faulty)
- Leotards where hygiene stickers or swing tags have been removed
- Hair accessories once worn or opened
- Gift vouchers (non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash)
Fabric Notice
Our fabrics are performance-tested, but pilling may occur on sublimated fabrics, particularly in high-friction areas or after contact with Velcro or rough surfaces. This is a natural characteristic of some fabrics and is not considered a fault.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
